Electric pickups remain a small part of the U.S. truck market, despite having been on sale long enough to provide several years of sales data. Six models together recorded 232,809 sales from the start of 2024 through the third quarter of 2026, according to figures compiled by Car and Driver.

The scale of that total is apparent when compared with Ford’s F-Series: the automaker sold 801,525 F-Series pickups in 2025 alone. The article also notes that no pickup trucks appeared on its list of the best-selling electric vehicles in 2026, which was made up mostly of SUVs.

The figures cover full-year sales for 2024 and 2025, plus sales through the third quarter of 2026. Where automakers did not provide detailed figures, the totals were estimated using data from Cox Automotive.
