Renault is marking 75 years of car production in Spain with limited editions of two SUVs built in the country: the Captur and the Austral. The company says both versions add celebration-specific equipment and come with a €500 fuel credit through Repsol’s Waylet app.
The Captur edition represents Renault’s Valladolid plant and is based on the 120 hp Captur Eco-G, which runs on petrol and LPG. It carries Spain’s DGT ECO label and has an official combined range of up to 1,400 kilometres using both fuel tanks. Production is capped at 750 units. Its starting price is €19,900 when purchased through Mobilize Financial Services’ Preference plan, with current Renault promotions and a trade-in incentive applied.
The Palencia-built Austral edition uses the 200 hp Austral full hybrid E-Tech. Its petrol engine works alongside an electric motor, and the system does not need to be plugged in to recharge. Renault quotes a range of up to 1,100 kilometres and will limit production to 500 units. The starting price is €29,460 with the specified financing plan and current Renault promotions.
Both editions are based on the evolution trim and add model-specific equipment that Renault values at an average of more than €2,000.
The €500 Waylet credit can be used for fuel at Repsol stations. Captur buyers can receive €20 off an LPG fill costing at least €20, while Austral buyers can get €20 off a 95-octane petrol fill costing at least €40. The offer applies to cars purchased from November 3 through December 31, 2026. Buyers can request the credit until March 31, 2027, and activated balances remain available until September 30, 2028.
